Highlights included:

.trying the mini antlers on every cat in the house. (with oskar there were 3)

.my whole family busting out the peanut butter jelly song

.my dad referring to oskar as "de la renta"

.my brother's reprisal of Joseph

.watching "The Year Without a Santa Claus" and having all my childhood memories well up inside me

.trying to teach my dad what a cardigan was. he might have it down

.making my family watch the community clip of britta singing before we went into the living room for presents

.oskar's christmas toy sushi set.

."i was at the top of my game!" my dad, upset that my mom's inferior drumming lost the round

.a much needed girl talk sesh with my bestie
